I’m a director of photography, steadicam and underwater camera operator.

I began my career in photography in 2005, with a strong focus on press and editorial work. Over the years, I collaborated with publications such as Finance, Gorenjski glas, and numerous online media outlets.

After graduating from IAM (Institute and Academy of Multimedia) with a specialization in video production, I joined POP TV, Slovenia’s largest commercial television network. Starting as a cameraman, I eventually advanced to head of the camera department. During my time at POP TV, I worked on some of the most prominent Slovenian television shows, including Kmetija, Startaj Slovenija, Slovenija ima talent, X-Factor, Dan Najlepših Sanj, and Zvezde plešejo.

My experience there also included operating the Steadicam, which I used extensively across a range of productions.

As my personal equipment collection grew, I established a rental house – SlabeScene. Together with my colleague Luka Murn, we later co-founded our own production company, WeCam.

In 2014, I began scuba diving and eventually earned my Divemaster certification. This opened up new creative opportunities, allowing me to merge my passions for cinematography and diving by exploring the world of underwater filmmaking.

Today, I work as a producer and director of photography at WeCam, while also collaborating on freelance projects for other production houses.
